Lead Attorney
Robert R. Powell, Esq.
Attorney Robert Powell was admitted to the bar of the State of California in August of 1992. He is a graduate of San Jose State University and the Santa Clara University School of Law. Mr. Powell is a California State Family Law Certified Specialist, who has handled numerous trials and some appeals in both the family law and juvenile dependency courts. He is a member in good standing of the bar for the U.S. Supreme Court, and authorized to practice before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and all of the District Courts of the State of California, as well as all of the state Superior Courts of the State of California.
Associate Attorney
Dennis R. Ingols, Esq.
Attorney Dennis Ingols is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and the University of Minnesota Law School. Mr. Ingols is fluent in English, Spanish and proficient in Portuguese. He has worked with the federal Court of Appeals of Argentina and the Minnesota Tax Court. He is a member of the Northern District Court of California and as an active member of the California State Bar he is authorized to practice before all of the Superior Courts within the State of California.
